Younger But Wiser is dedicated to inspiring, supporting, and celebrating young women by helping them build resilience, confidence, and leadership skills that will serve them throughout their lives.
What began as Camp Rocky Road, a summer camp created to empower girls at a pivotal moment in their lives, has grown into a vibrant and evolving community. Today, Younger But Wiser includes a podcast, mentorship opportunities, and a growing network of support.
At its heart, Younger But Wiser connects young women with accomplished and compassionate women who generously share their experience, perspective, and encouragement. Together, they create a community where young women feel seen, supported, and inspired to step confidently into their futures.

FOUNDER
Ripley Rader is the founder of Younger But Wiser and the founder and CEO of her Los Angeles based fashion brand, Ripley Rader. She built the company from a single self funded jumpsuit into a nationally recognized brand worn by women across generations.
Ripley’s creative path began early. She learned to sew alongside her grandmother at the age of ten and was selling her designs by fifteen. After studying musical theater at NYU and performing off Broadway, she eventually returned to design. Her fashion career began unexpectedly when a Fred Segal buyer noticed her wearing one of her own creations and placed her first major order. What started as one design grew into a brand known for its signature wide leg pant and modern silhouettes. Her work has been worn by women including Gigi Hadid, Amy Schumer, Demi Moore, Ali Larter, and Nicole Kidman, and has been featured in publications such as Forbes and Vogue.
While building her company, Ripley became increasingly passionate about helping young women develop confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self. Through her work as a designer she saw firsthand how deeply confidence and self worth shape a woman’s life. That realization led her to create Camp Rocky Road, a leadership camp for girls entering high school, and later the Younger But Wiser podcast, a platform that celebrates the wisdom and voices of young women.
Through Younger But Wiser, Ripley is dedicated to creating spaces where young women feel seen, supported, and inspired. Her mission is to help the next generation recognize the strength they already carry within them and to connect them with mentors who can help guide them as they grow into leaders.
